Following the successful demolition phase, the EDR Earthworks Division were contracted to carry out a cut and fill exercise on the site.

This was followed by the installation of extensive piling mats for two new large industrial units that were to be constructed by our client.

Despite various additional works being required, the project was delivered within the original timeframe with no impact on our client’s program.
