EDR were appointed by the landowner to clear a redundant heavy-industrial building. A large quantity of asbestos was removed from the structure prior to demolition along with the contents of various redundant tanks and silos.

The building contained redundant heavy plant and equipment prior to demolition of the superstructure.

The works were carried out in the confines of a busy industrial site and to a strict program.
