The Bonser Building was a former tannery and site of historical interest in the heart of Walsall.  The site was located on a major route through Walsall and bounded by a major railway line.

Following close liaison with Network Rail and performed under a watching brief, our team demolished all structures on the site.

Further considerations on the project also included a culvert which ran under the site and separation from an adjacent occupied building.

The works were carried out without incident and within the specified program.
