This project consisted of the demolition of seven redundant industrial buildings on a large industrial park. The works included asbestos removal, demolition of the structures, removal of all hardstandings and substructures.

Following the successful demolition phase, EDR Earthworks Division were contracted to carry out a cut and fill exercise and the installation of piling mats for the two new large industrial units that were to be constructed by our client.

The works were carried out on time and on budget, with the team receiving outstanding praise for their works on site.
